Returns Policy
The returns policy is such that you may not return an item once delivered unless there is something defective with the item or the item did not arrive as expected i.e. incorrect configuration/something doesn't work.
There is a 90 day warranty (extendable to 1 year) on the builds and is as follows:
Parts and labour. Should any parts naturally fail then you may send the item back to us and we will repair and return this to you parts and labour completely covered by us. Any defect caused by the user such as overclocking, tampering or viruses are not covered within the warranty and it will become void.
